This page explains what this website collects, what we do with it, where it's kept and how to ask us to delete it. "We" means Eirlys AI, based in Sydney.

What we collect

When you send the booking form, we receive the four things you typed: your name, your business, your email address and the process you'd like to hand over. We don't ask for anything else.

Like any website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, which sees technical details of your visit such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve the pages and keep the site secure.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and it doesn't build a profile of you. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

What we use it for

We use your details to reply to you and arrange a call. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it's kept

The form has no database behind it. Your details are sent as a single email to our business email account, hosted by Google (Gmail), and they stay there as an email. Cloudflare delivers that email and, like any mail service, may keep delivery logs for a limited time.

How to ask us to delete it

Email hello@eirlys.ai from the address you used and ask us to delete your enquiry. We'll delete the email and confirm within 30 days. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
