Give Eirlys one process. Get your week back.
Hello. I'm Eirlys. Scroll down and I'll show you five businesses.
The clinic
Every booking is a phone call. Every form gets typed in twice.
We sat with the reception team and mapped bookings and intake as one flow.
Now bookings land in the calendar and forms go straight into the system.
The trade office
Choosing products, keying them in, shipping them out. All by hand.
They choose what to sell. We taught the agent everything after that.
Now the room runs as one line: chosen, entered, packed, out the door.
The tutoring centre
Lesson plans take all evening, and the table has disappeared under paper.
We sorted their materials with them and showed the agent how they plan.
The plan is on screen, the folders are in order, and class has started.
The cafe
Dockets pile up. Some shelves are empty, others are overfull.
Together we chose what to track: each coffee, each day, each order.
The queue moves, the shelves are even, and the ordering is done.
The warehouse
No labels, no list, and someone searching every time an order comes in.
Together we decided what to record for each item. The agent keeps it current.
Shelves are in order, stock is on screen, and one item is on its way.
Who we are
Eirlys is the Welsh word for snowdrop, the small white flower that comes up first at the end of winter. We took the name because that is the kind of help we want to be: small, early and quietly useful. We are a Sydney team that builds AI agents for small and medium businesses across Australia.
We don't sell software and walk away. We sit with the people who do the work, learn one process the way they really do it, and build an agent for it together. Then we stay. We watch it, fix what breaks and change it when the business changes. One process at a time, until the week feels lighter.
What you can hand over
An Eirlys agent takes on one process in your business and follows the steps you and we agree on.
-
Read and reply.
It reads the messages, emails and requests that come in for that process, and answers the ones it knows how to answer.
-
Enter and update.
It puts details where they belong: bookings in the calendar, orders in the system, items in the stock list.
-
Keep count.
It tracks what's sold, what's booked and what's on the shelf, and shows you the numbers on a simple screen.
-
Prepare.
It drafts the things you'd otherwise start from scratch: a lesson plan, a stock order, a reply.
-
Ask when unsure.
When something falls outside what you've agreed, it hands the question to a person instead of guessing.
Where we can, the agent works inside the tools you already use. On the call we'll look at yours and tell you plainly what's possible.
From a demo to a working agent
-
The call.
Bring one process. We'll ask how it works today, and you'll hear straight away whether it's a good fit for an agent.
-
We map it together.
You walk us through the process, step by step, with real examples. We write it down and you check that we've got it right.
From you: someone who knows the process, and a few examples of it done well.
-
We build it with you.
We set the agent up and run it on your examples. You see what it does and correct it.
From you: access to the tools the process uses, and feedback on its work.
-
It starts work.
The agent takes on the process. Early on, you check more of what it does; as it earns your trust, you check less.
-
We keep it running.
We watch it, fix what breaks and adjust it when your process changes. That's what the monthly fee covers.
After the demo we send a quote for your process: what the build costs, and what it costs each month.
Questions people ask
One build fee, then a monthly fee that covers running and maintaining the agent. The figures depend on your process, and you'll have them in writing after the demo.
A job in your business with a clear start and finish that someone does over and over: taking bookings, entering orders, preparing lessons, counting stock. If you could explain it to a new staff member, it's probably a process.
Usually not. Where we can, the agent works inside your current tools. On the call we'll look at what you use and tell you what's possible.
It asks a person. Together we agree what the agent handles alone and what it passes to you, and you can change that at any time.
Yes. The five are examples. What matters is the process, not the industry.
You describe the process you'd like to hand over. We ask questions and tell you honestly whether an agent suits it. There's no obligation.
The agent only touches what the process needs. We agree on the details with you before anything is built. How this website handles your enquiry is in our privacy page.
Sydney. We work with small and medium businesses across Australia, and calls are online.
Tell us the process. We'll take it from there.
To book a call, email hello@eirlys.ai and tell us the process you'd like to hand over.
Sent. Our PM will read this and email you to find a time for the demo.
Please tell us your name.
Please tell us the name of your business.
We need an email address to get back to you.
Enter an email address like name@example.com.au.
Tell us the process you'd like to hand over. One sentence is fine.
That's a bit long. Please keep it under {max} characters.
Sending your details…
The security check didn't finish. Wait a moment and send again.
This one already reached us. To add anything, write to hello@eirlys.ai.
Please wait a minute before sending again, or email hello@eirlys.ai.
We couldn't send that. Nothing you typed is lost. Try again in a moment, or email us at hello@eirlys.ai.
